So I was sick the other week but now I am ready to go ! I went to the gym excited and ready to work. I’ll tell y’all the routine of today tho, first before going to the gym I eat a turkey sandwich with fruits and a drank a water along with a little energy bar for energy. It took 35 mins to arrive because of traffic today but we still put in that work. The workout was mainly the whole body but did a lot of sqauting which was tiring but every rep I made sure to give it my all so then after I arrived at home, I had a protein shake, chicken and macaroni for dinner so yeah that was the day.
