AH weekly reflection
Amari Howell Senior Project Reflection 4/16/22 So the beginning of my week doing my Senior Project which is the goal to workout, eat nutritious or healthy foods, and practice on the basketball court I learned about really being committed to the things I listed so I felt like I just had to go harder to learn and to get to my goal. I learned about time management because you have to find times and ways to get the same amount of work in the weight room and basketball court then have enough time to eat because that is important especially after you have worked out for large amounts of hours. Yes I loved what I was doing that’s the reason I picked to this as my Senior Project because basketball is a big part of my daily life and I play at a high level which is very intense with lots of good players too you have to always be in the weight room as so you can keep completely with everyone in the world so the weight room has also become a love of mine.
