AH workout
I woke up today around 7am to some breakfast of bacon, fruit, and oatmeal along with an energy bar to start the day. Once I was done eating I started to get ready to go to my workout which was 25 minutes away but I waited until 11ish to actually leave. When I arrived at champion where I workout at, I read the schedule of what I was going to be doing today. The workout today was a mix of everything for my whole body including mainly lower, that took about 3 hours because after I chose to workout a little more. I left the facility, as soon as I went inside my house I had a protein shake with some fruits. The workout today was good because I was so tired but I wanted to hoop too so I played a little bit of basketball too for 2 hours.
