Today I woke up around 7am to get ready to go to the gym. I ate basketball to start day which was an energy bar and some water so I could have some energy in the gym. The drive there was about 25 mins so it wasn’t far. Today was lower body so that’s what I started on for the whole session there and it was very tiring but I enjoyed it. When I went home I had a protein shake then took a little nap.
