Reflection
4/16/22
So the beginning of my week doing my Senior Project which is the goal to workout, eat nutritious or healthy foods, and practice on the basketball court I learned about really being committed to the things I listed so I felt like I just had to go harder to learn and to get to my goal. I learned about time management because you have to find times and ways to get the same amount of work in the weight room and basketball court then have enough time to eat because that is important especially after you have worked out for large amounts of hours.
Yes I loved what I was doing that’s the reason I picked to this as my Senior Project because basketball is a big part of my daily life and I play at a high level which is very intense with lots of good players too you have to always be in the weight room as so you can keep completely with everyone in the world so the weight room has also become a love of mine. The start of the week of Senior Project like Thursday I started feeling a little sick with a headache as I woke up still trying to see if I was still going to workout but I decided to just rest in my bed. I slept the whole day basically and drank lots of water because it was almost 80 in Boston so the heat was beginning to rise which made me feel more sick but when I woke up on Friday I felt the headache beginning to leave. The headache was still there a lil but everything else for the most part was feeling good so I just stayed in my house and chill with my dog in the sun outdoors. Through the day the headache was no headache no more which felt good so I just continued to drink lots of water and watch tv. This week's project I’ll be at the gym working hard and still eating the right types of food to help my goal.
It helps me achieve my goal because I play lots of basketball and in order to keep competing at high levels even just in general you have to be well conditioned so the weight room is essential for players along with benefiting people..
