AH workout
Today I went one of the gyms that I usually go to workout at. This gym is I feel is one of the best in the area because of many workouts given and machines you can you use. So what I did today was full body workout and felt like I meet my goal of putting in good amount of working out so I feel like I met my goal which was to get in a good workout.
3 hours at the gym
2 hours of basketball
2 hours of watching documentary
