Pretty nice day but still super hot it feels because of how muggy and sticky the air was especially while working out. Today I slept in a little later because I was already tired from the workout I did the day before so I needed a little more rest. I slept until 12 then ate some breakfast of fruits and a energy bar to get ready to go to they gym so about 2 I left the house on my way for another day of being in the gym. Spent at least 2 or more hours in the gym leaving around 5ish so was a very productive day again I feel. When I arrived home, I had some breakfast my mom cooked for dinner it seems which was good because I was hungry already. 

Sleep- 3 hours
Breakfast- 1 hour 
Workout- 2 hours
Dinner- 1 hour
